Senior Partner Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing partner ecosystem, the full-time Senior Partner Solutions Engineer will design reference architectures, enable partner training, and facilitate technical discovery for partner-sourced opportunities in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and validate joint reference architectures with strategic partners, creating repeatable solutions and deployment guides
• Build and deliver technical enablement for partner architects and sellers to enhance product positioning and sales effectiveness
• Manage technical discovery, demos, and Proofs of Concept for partner-led opportunities, ensuring clear success criteria and milestones

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including cluster architecture and the cloud-native ecosystem
• Experience in a technical pre-sales role with partners such as OEMs, GSIs, or cloud providers
• Proven track record in solutions engineering, including discovery, whiteboarding, and successful POCs
• Ability to create enablement content and training workshops that lead to partner success
• Strong executive presence, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
