Senior Partner Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Focusing on building technical capabilities within strategic partnerships, the full-time Senior Partner Solutions Engineer will engage with partner and sales teams to drive customer opportunities and support the partner lifecycle from enablement to value realization in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship and engagement plan for assigned partners, developing joint strategies for customer acquisition and platform adoption
- Deliver structured technical enablement and coach partner teams on discovery, demonstrations, and solution design
- Lead discovery processes aligned to customer needs and translate requirements into measurable outcomes and relevant use cases
Required Qualifications
- Experience in solutions engineering, presales, or technical account management in cybersecurity or SaaS
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern security architectures
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and support business expansion initiatives
- Understanding of SOC technologies and workflows, including SIEM, SOAR, and EDR
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience
