Job Summary

Collaborating with sales teams and partners, the full-time Senior Partner Specialist will manage gross profit goals, drive growth, and support customer success while maintaining strong partner relationships and delivering impactful training, preferably in an office-based setting in Arizona, Texas, Illinois, or Quebec.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams and partners on client opportunities, managing GP goals, sales pipelines, order tracking, and promotions
  • Maintain strong relationships with manufacturer sales teams, product managers, and purchasing teams to ensure effective programs and tools are in place
  • Prepare and deliver product and sales training to Insight sales teams and coordinate partner-sponsored events
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university or 5+ years of related sales experience
  • 2 years of Technology Services Distributor experience, preferably Intelisys
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
