Job Summary
Owning the health and enablement layer for North American partners, the full-time remote Senior Partner Success Manager will ensure partners are technically capable and commercially engaged through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage onboarding for new partners, including product training and certification
- Develop and maintain success plans with clear milestones and regular check-ins on partner revenue goals
- Monitor partner engagement and relationship health, implementing intervention plans for at-risk partners
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in partner success, channel enablement, or technical account management in SaaS
- Technical fluency in discussing data pipelines, APIs, and data warehouse architecture
- Experience managing a portfolio of partner relationships effectively
- Familiarity with partner tooling such as PartnerStack or Crossbeam
- Background in MarTech/AdTech SaaS with experience across systems integrators and technology partners
