Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Sciences, or related field AND 5+ years relevant work experience or equivalent experience
• Experience within the startup environment and synthesizing insights from multiple data sources
• Experience managing multi-team initiatives and influencing without direct authority
• Experience designing and executing high-impact events and strategic initiatives
