Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Partner Success Manager, EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Drive product adoption by aligning solutions with partner goals and mitigating risks to retention
- Manage partner escalations and optimize partner-facing processes in collaboration with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in partner success, customer success, or account management within a SaaS environment
- Experience managing partner relationships, including familiarity with Alliance, Channel, and MSSP models
- Technical acumen to understand and explain cybersecurity solutions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Experience with CRM and CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight)
