Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Partner Success Manager, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Drive product adoption by aligning solutions with partner goals and mitigating risks to retention
  • Manage partner escalations and optimize partner-facing processes in collaboration with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in partner success, customer success, or account management within a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing partner relationships, including familiarity with Alliance, Channel, and MSSP models
  • Technical acumen to understand and explain cybersecurity solutions
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Experience with CRM and CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight)
