Job Summary
Leading strategic university partnerships, the remote Senior Partner Success Manager will manage a portfolio of high-impact clients, focusing on retention, growth, and data-driven storytelling to enhance partner satisfaction and drive outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for university partners, developing and executing strategic account plans
- Drive renewal, expansion, and satisfaction outcomes by aligning partner priorities with Mantra's services
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and business reviews that translate data into actionable insights
Required qualifications
- Experience in partner success, account management, or customer success within health tech, SaaS, or higher education
- Proven track record managing long-term client relationships with measurable outcomes
- Experience leading executive-level conversations and crafting account plans
- Demonstrated project management skills and accountability
- Passion for improving access to mental healthcare and equity in higher education
