Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end partner lifecycle, the full-time remote Senior Partner Success Manager will manage partner qualification, onboarding, and performance while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the App Marketplace partner lifecycle, ensuring partners progress through qualification, onboarding, and go-to-market readiness
- Coordinate partner application intake and facilitate evaluations across Product, Engineering, and Solution Consulting teams
- Monitor ongoing partner performance and health, identifying opportunities for scaling high-performing partners
Required qualifications
- Experience in partnerships, business development, product strategy, or ecosystem management in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional processes across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
- Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and analyzing performance metrics
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
