Job Summary
Owning the post-go-live success of Engine's strategic Omni partners, the full-time remote Senior Partner Success Manager will ensure partner engagement, monitor performance metrics, and drive growth through proactive relationship management and optimization strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage post-go-live success for a portfolio of enterprise and midmarket Omni partners, focusing on GBV growth and partner health
- Coordinate onboarding and activation efforts, ensuring partners achieve first bookings and meet defined activation milestones
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing partnerships and contribute to overall GBV goals through active portfolio management
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in partner success, customer success, or strategic account management, preferably in travel tech, fintech, or SaaS
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of B2B relationships with measurable revenue outcomes
- Ability to work alongside technical teams while managing commercial relationships
- Strong data orientation, using metrics to inform partner conversations and strategies
- High level of communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex situations for stakeholders
