Job Summary

Building and maintaining strong relationships within the service partner ecosystem, the full-time Senior Partner Success Manager will ensure partners are equipped for high-quality implementations and customer outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with partner organizations, from delivery teams to executive stakeholders
  • Oversee the health of the partner portfolio through regular check-ins and proactive risk management
  • Ensure implementation quality by holding partners accountable to high customer journey standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in enterprise software implementation, project management, business process consulting, or customer success management
  • Experience managing external clients, vendors, or partners while handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with iPaaS, integration, or automation platforms, and comfort with tools like Salesforce, Impartner, Zendesk, and Gainsight
  • Prior experience in SaaS or on-demand software, CRM, or ERP applications is preferred
