Senior Partner Success Manager

Job Summary

Building and maintaining strong relationships with service partners, the full-time Senior Partner Success Manager will oversee partner health, ensure implementation quality, and advocate for partners while working remotely and aligning with Pacific Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture trusted relationships across partner organizations, from delivery teams to executive stakeholders
• Monitor and ensure the health of the partner portfolio through regular check-ins and proactive risk management
• Prepare comprehensive partner health reports that synthesize project history, customer satisfaction, and support trends for leadership review

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least five years of experience in enterprise software implementation, project management, business process consulting, or customer success management
• Experience managing multiple projects with external clients, vendors, or partners
• Familiarity with iPaaS, integration, or automation platforms
• Understanding of application integration technologies and projects is preferred
