Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Support Engineer to provide technical support to embedded partners and manage service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshoot API and integration issues
  • Act as a liaison between partners, end user support, and engineering teams
  • Participate in on-call rotation and manage special projects with partners
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience supporting customers or partners in a complex software or SaaS environment
  • Experience with coding/debugging in at least two programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • Familiarity with APIs, SSO, MDM, and web service protocol development
  • Proven ability to manage high priority incidents under SLA time constraints
