Job Summary
To support a growing partner ecosystem, the full-time Senior Partner Technical Enablement Manager will create technical enablement resources, translate complex product concepts into practical content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create technical enablement materials, playbooks, and demo guidance aligned with product priorities
- Translate product capabilities and technical concepts into clear, practical resources for partners
- Build and deliver engaging technical training sessions and support accreditation programs across the partner ecosystem
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, partner enablement, or related roles in SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity
- Strong technical foundation in cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS
- Experience creating technical content for partner-facing or customer-facing teams
- Ability to translate complex product capabilities into practical enablement
- Experience building and delivering technical training or enablement programs
