Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Partnership Development Manager, Direct Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate meaningful, trust-based relationships with key external partners for long-term collaboration
• Serve as the main interface between the company and selected partners, guiding engagement across various workstreams
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partner activities with the company's roadmap and requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic partnerships, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in automotive or technology sectors
• Fluency in both Korean and English
• Proven success in building high-value, cross-functional external relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Studies, or a related field
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus
