Job Summary

Leading key partnerships and impact activities, the full-time Senior Partnership Manager will manage a portfolio of partnerships across the US and Europe, ensuring successful program delivery and a high standard of partner experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of partnerships, ensuring effective program delivery and partner satisfaction
• Lead partner delivery timelines and collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Engage with corporate and foundation leadership to maintain and deepen high-value partner relationships

Required qualifications

• Substantial experience in partnership management or related roles with a track record of success
• Strong understanding of social and environmental issues and a commitment to community-driven change
• Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills
• Experience working cross-culturally across a range of countries
• Fluency in English; professional fluency in Spanish or another language is a bonus
