Job Summary
Focused on expanding Tidio's partner channel in North America, the full-time Senior Partnership Manager will acquire new partners, build relationships with agencies and technology partners, and represent the company at key industry events, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and grow a revenue-generating portfolio of agency, affiliate, and solution partners
- Source and generate new partnership opportunities through various channels, including marketplaces and outbound outreach
- Track partner performance and maintain CRM hygiene while providing regular reporting on partner pipeline and revenue contribution
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships
- Experience with the Shopify ecosystem
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and experience sourcing new partners from scratch
- Ability to run commercial discovery calls and persuasive sales presentations
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, LTV) and partner performance tracking
