Job Summary

Focused on developing Tidio's partner channel in North America, the full-time Senior Partnership Manager will acquire new partners, build relationships with agencies and technology partners, and represent the company at industry events while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and grow a revenue-generating portfolio of agency, affiliate, and solution partners
  • Source new partnership opportunities through marketplaces, outbound outreach, and conferences
  • Track partner performance and maintain CRM hygiene while providing regular reporting on partner pipeline and revenue contribution
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships
  • Experience with the Shopify ecosystem
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills with experience in sourcing new partners
  • Ability to run commercial discovery calls and persuasive sales presentations
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics and partner performance tracking
