Job Summary

To expand revenue and market presence, the full-time Senior Partnerships Manager will manage a portfolio of high-priority reseller partners, drive partner-sourced opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute strategic account plans for reseller partners to drive commercial growth
  • Develop and expand relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations to establish Sword as a preferred solution
  • Plan and execute joint business plans, including pipeline generation activities and marketing campaigns
Required qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development
  • Experience developing partnership strategies and influencing senior-level stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage revenue-generating partnerships with measurable accountability
  • Strong business development skills, including account planning and opportunity identification
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM for managing contacts and opportunities
