Job Summary
To support its next phase of growth, the remote Senior Partnerships Manager will own and scale a portfolio of high-impact partners, ensuring their integration into the platform and driving measurable outcomes through relationship management and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional accounts, managing communication and maintaining partner satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze partner KPIs, preparing performance recaps and supporting leadership on major accounts
- Manage technical and marketing integrations for partners, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and optimizing performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business operations with large telecommunications or utility companies
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to track performance trends
- Strong ability to manage complex technical requirements for digital integrations
- Excellent presentation skills for communicating data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple partners and internal projects simultaneously
