Senior Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

Owning the partnerships that drive financial transactions, the full-time Senior Partnerships Manager will manage a portfolio of payments and network partners, lead commercial strategy, and support operational excellence in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with card networks, payment processors, and other payment vendors to optimize service levels and performance
• Develop and implement commercial strategies, including interchange optimization and contract renewals
• Evaluate and enhance Dave's payments infrastructure through strategic partnerships and emerging technologies

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or payments in product, strategy, or partnership roles
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in evaluating unit economics and commercial agreements
• Proven ability to influence partners and stakeholders across technical and business teams
• Experience with payment technologies, including tokenization and fraud platforms, is a plus
• Familiarity with banking-as-a-service or digital banking infrastructure is beneficial
