Senior Parts Identification Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting inbound external parts inquiries, the full-time Senior Parts Identification Specialist will utilize expertise in hot side manufacturer support equipment to accurately identify OEM parts while managing 50-60 calls daily in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for inbound calls related to hot side and cold side manufacturer brands, ensuring accurate part identification
- Research and resolve parts inquiries, logging all interactions into Salesforce and following up on escalated cases
- Utilize technical resources and collaborate with manufacturers to maintain effective communication and support throughout the parts identification process
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in parts identification, particularly with hot side commercial food service equipment
- Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with manufacturer lookup systems
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (CST)
- High-speed internet connection for remote work
