Senior Patent Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intellectual Property Paralegal to support its Intellectual Property Litigation practice on a fully remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support complex patent litigation matters, including federal court proceedings and PTAB practice
• Manage all phases of discovery and trial preparation
• Handle multiple high-stakes matters in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Paralegal Certificate preferred
• 7+ years of patent litigation experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Extensive federal court experience, including e-filing
• Proficiency in litigation support and eDiscovery platforms
• Strong knowledge of local rules and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure related to court deadlines
