Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IP/Patent Paralegal to join their dynamic Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the global patent portfolio, including all domestic and international patent filings
• Oversee the IP docketing system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• Develop and optimize processes for invention disclosure tracking and outside counsel coordination

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience as an IP/Patent Paralegal, with a focus on US and foreign patent prosecution
• Experience in technical or regulated industries such as energy or aerospace is preferred
• Expert proficiency with IP docketing software and USPTO filing procedures
• Ability to build systems and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in documentation
