Senior Patient Access Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Patient Access and Revenue Cycle Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor supporting Patient Access, Scheduling, Registration, Eligibility, and Authorization functions
• Lead initiatives focused on reducing patient access-owned denials and optimizing scheduling efficiency
• Act as project management lead for complex, multi-hospital initiatives and develop dashboards to support operational goals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Patient Access and Front-End Revenue Cycle
• Extensive experience working with Epic in both implementation and optimization environments
• Proven expertise in scheduling optimization and front-end registration efficiency
• Ability to function as a strategic advisor beyond build-only or task-based work
• Experience working with large health systems and multi-hospital organizations
