Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Patient Access Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform insurance verification and obtain necessary authorizations for scheduled services
  • Schedule patient appointments for imaging services and provide necessary prep instructions
  • Manage clerical tasks including monitoring communications and maintaining patient logs
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED required
  • At least 6 months of experience in a Patient Access Coordinator role
  • Strong customer service or client relations experience in an office or hospital setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with HCA/Parallon IT systems preferred
