Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Patient Access Capacity Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, analytics, and reporting functions to optimize scheduling and productivity in the patient access center
- Provide leadership to the capacity management team and ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices
- Monitor performance trends and dashboards to recommend improvements for efficiency and patient access
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in healthcare operations or patient access management, including leadership or project experience
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to manage actions based on reporting data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Ability to work independently and organize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
