Senior Patient Access Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Patient Access Capacity Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, analytics, and reporting functions to optimize scheduling and productivity in the patient access center
• Provide leadership to the capacity management team and ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices
• Monitor performance trends and dashboards to recommend improvements for efficiency and patient access

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in healthcare operations or patient access management, including leadership or project experience
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to manage actions based on reporting data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Ability to work independently and organize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
