Senior Patient Access Representative

Job Summary

Performing a variety of registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and billing duties, the full-time Senior Patient Access Representative will support inpatient and outpatient access to medical services in a fully remote role from Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct admissions, registration, and scheduling activities while obtaining and entering necessary demographic and insurance information
• Verify patient insurance coverage, document authorization approvals and denials, and financially screen self-pay patients
• Assist and/or train new employees as directed by supervisors or managers

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required
