Senior Patient Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Senior Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up activities on accounts to resolve outstanding balances
• Assist in training new or existing staff and provide support for team members
• Participate in special projects and maintain productivity and quality standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 2-5 years of experience in medical/hospital insurance-related collections
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Knowledge of Commercial, Managed Care, Medicare, and Medicaid collections
• Minimum typing requirement of 45 wpm
