Senior Patient Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Patient Account Representative - PB Payment Posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling, registration, charge entry, billing, collections, coding, follow-up, payment posting, and credit balance resolution
• Reconcile daily IDX system receivables reports and assist in preparing billing statements
• Interact with patients, insurance carriers, and hospital personnel to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate payment processing

Required Qualifications

• 1.5 years of experience in Medical Billing, Medical Collections, or Medical Billing Systems (IDX or similar) required
• No formal education requirements
• No specific licensure, certifications, or registrations required
