Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Senior Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct follow-up activities on patient accounts, including resolving disputed balances and ensuring timely payments
  • Assist in training new staff and support team members with backlogged accounts
  • Participate in special projects and maintain productivity and quality standards in account management


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 2-5 years of experience in medical/hospital insurance-related collections
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of insurance billing and collections terminology
  • Minimum typing requirement of 45 words per minute
