Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-up activities on patient accounts, including resolving disputed balances and ensuring timely payments
- Assist in training new staff and support team members with backlogged accounts
- Participate in special projects and maintain productivity and quality standards in account management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2-5 years of experience in medical/hospital insurance-related collections
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Intermediate knowledge of insurance billing and collections terminology
- Minimum typing requirement of 45 words per minute
