Senior Patient Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Patient Account Representative specializing in Physician's Billing and Denials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient scheduling, registration, charge entry, billing, collections, coding, follow-up, payment posting, and credit balance resolution
• Reconcile daily IDX system receivables reports and assist in preparing billing statements
• Interact with patients, insurance carriers, and hospital personnel to resolve billing issues and obtain necessary documentation

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Billing, Medical Collections, or Medical Billing Systems (IDX or similar)
• No specific licensure or certifications required
