Job Summary

Senior Patient Account Representative, a full-time position focused on pre-visit services, is responsible for patient scheduling, registration, billing, and collections while working remotely in Oklahoma with occasional on-site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling, registration, and verification of insurance coverage
• Perform billing tasks, including charge entry, payment posting, and handling collections
• Assist in reporting and credit balance resolution, ensuring accurate financial records

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Billing, Medical Collections, or Medical Billing Systems
• No specific licensure or certifications required
• Experience with IDX or similar billing systems is preferred
