Job Summary

Senior Patient Account Representative is a full-time position responsible for handling authorizations and referrals, patient scheduling, billing, and collections, primarily working remotely with occasional on-site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling, registration, and verification of insurance coverage
• Perform billing tasks including charge entry, payment posting, and collection activities
• Assist in resolving billing issues and maintaining accurate records of patient accounts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Billing, Medical Collections, or Medical Billing Systems
• No specific licensure or certifications required
• Experience with IDX or similar billing systems preferred
