Senior Patient Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Patient Account Representative to work remotely from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient processing and accounts receivable functions including billing, charge entry, collection, registration, scheduling, follow-up, coding, payment posting, and credit balance resolution
• Review patient admitting records, extract relevant information, and record patient identification and demographic information
• Interact with patients, insurance carriers, and other departments to obtain necessary documentation and resolve billing issues

Required Qualifications:

• 1.5 years of experience in Medical Billing, Medical Collections, and Medical Billing Systems
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools
• No specific education required
