Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring positive experience throughout the denial process with excellent customer service skills
• Facilitating communication between hospital facilities, clinical teams, payers, and billing
• Providing support in the denial process to ensure timely processing of denials followed by accurate documentation

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2+ years of experience in an Acute Care Facility or Centralized Business Office
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable with using the internet for research purposes
