Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Clearance Representative Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates with patients and clinical staff regarding eligibility and benefits for scheduled services
• Prioritizes and coordinates patient accounts to ensure accurate registration and data completion
• Provides training and mentorship to new representatives and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a healthcare setting, including knowledge of health insurance plans
• One (1) year of experience in insurance plan authorization or medical billing
• Experience with personal computers and various software applications
