Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Patient Services Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive patient experience throughout the onboarding and transition process
• Establish relationships with care partners, including physicians and caregivers
• Coordinate with the nursing team and manage communication with patients during the intake process

Required Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma with 5 years of experience or Associate's Degree with 3 years of experience
• Reimbursement experience, including knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefit insurance coverage
• Experience in a pharmacy setting and medical billing
• Ability to obtain state pharmacy technician registration based on program needs
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
