Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 13+ years of related experience, or a graduate degree with 6 years of related experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience managing external vendors and cross-functional partnerships
- Ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements based on data trends
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
