Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage contracts with government and commercial payers to secure favorable terms
- Draft, review, and finalize payer contracts ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational goals
- Analyze payer performance data and prepare reports for senior management on network composition and market trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing contracts with government and third-party payers
- Strong knowledge of payer contract structures and healthcare regulations
- Proficiency with contract management software and data analytics tools
