Senior Payer Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing payer enrollment processes, the full-time Senior Payer Enrollment Coordinator will ensure timely credentialing, maintain provider databases, and handle Medicare/Medicaid enrollment in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Populates MD Staff for new providers, submits credentialed rosters to payers, and processes monthly provider data updates
• Manages payer enrollment and handles Medicare/Medicaid enrollment and revalidation
• Creates and audits the provider database while communicating regulatory changes and plan information alerts

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable job-specific experience
• 2 years of payer enrollment with managed care experience preferred
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, Excel, Google Sheets, and MD Staff
• Required professional licensure/certification may substitute for education or experience
