Senior Payer Policy Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payer Policy Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with management teams to understand technologies and provide insights on payer policy
• Monitors updates on payer policies and serves as a liaison between various stakeholders regarding reimbursement issues
• Analyzes healthcare trends and legislation to identify implications for payers and opportunities for the company

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant work experience, or an Associate degree with 7 years, or a High School diploma with 9 years of relevant experience
• Experience with state and federal agencies and/or commercial insurance payers
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA, JD, M.A. / M.S., CGC, RN)
• Prior experience building strategic relationships in a clinical or business setting
