Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Payment Account Manager to oversee payment posting and accounts receivable management.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely posting of payments and management of outstanding accounts
• Manage a team of Patient Account Managers to maintain timely and accurate payment postings
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental payment posting and accounts receivable follow-up
• Ability to post over $500k in payments monthly
• Strong knowledge of insurance reimbursement processes and dental terminology
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient in billing software and practice management systems
