Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist responsible for developing audit concepts and training audit teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new audit concepts and gain client acceptance
• Collaborate with teams to develop new tools and processes to enhance audit production
• Oversee quality control of auditor claims and prepare responses to client disputes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with three years of direct audit experience or four years of related experience
• Experience with Datameer and SQL preferred, along with Medicaid knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases is required
• Ability to mentor and enhance the performance of audit staff
• Prior healthcare billing and/or claims experience is desired
