Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist (Healthcare).

Key Responsibilities

• Generates and develops new audit concepts and collaborates with clients for acceptance
• Creates new tools and processes to enhance audit production and client satisfaction
• Oversees quality control of audit claims and prepares responses to client disputes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with three years of direct audit experience or four years of related experience in healthcare billing or medical claims
• Experience using Datameer and SQL is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases is necessary
• Ability to mentor and enhance the performance of audit staff
• Prior healthcare billing and/or claims experience is desired
