A company is looking for a Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new audit concepts and ensure client acceptance
• Collaborate with teams to create new tools and processes to enhance audit production
• Oversee quality control of audit claims and prepare responses to client disputes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with three years of direct audit experience or four years of related experience
• Experience using SQL is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases is necessary
• Ability to mentor staff and enhance their performance
• Prior healthcare billing and/or claims experience is desired
