Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new audit concepts, collaborating with clients for acceptance and execution
• Develop new tools and processes to enhance audit production and client satisfaction
• Oversee quality control of auditor claims and prepare responses to client disputes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with three years of direct audit experience or four years of related experience in healthcare billing or analytics
• Experience using SQL is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases is necessary
• Ability to mentor staff and enhance their performance in auditing tasks
• Prior healthcare billing and/or claims experience is desired
