Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist (COB).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a mentor and assist with onboarding and training of team members
• Produce insights and optimize auditing processes for client partnerships
• Perform quality control and validate submissions prior to client exportation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of related experience in healthcare
• 2-3 years of relevant experience with the company recommended
• Knowledge of Coordination of Benefits and healthcare industry
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
