Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist

Job Summary

Acting as a subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist will work independently to manage a portfolio-wide impact in Coordination of Benefits, mentoring team members, and developing audit enhancements while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor team members and assist with onboarding and training within the Business Unit
• Produce insights as a subject matter expert in auditing and business optimization
• Perform quality control and validate submissions prior to client exportation

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of related experience in healthcare
• 2-3 years of experience at Cotiviti recommended for internal candidates
• Knowledge of Coordination of Benefits within the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
