Senior Payment Application Specialist

Job Summary

A company in the financial industry is looking for a Senior Payment Application Specialist.

Position Responsibilities

• Investigate, reconcile, and process all payment types on a daily basis
• Coordinate unapplied payment corrections with AR Specialist, Contracts Coordinators or Lease vendors
• Assist Payment Application team with projects, questions, and training

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree and three years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications including Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed reports
• Ability to manage multiple payment methods application for both client & vendor payments
• High-level comprehension of vendor payment application, internal tasks, and reconciling
