Job Summary

Driving operational excellence and strategic carrier relationships, the full-time Senior Payment Integrity Lead will manage payment operations, quality assurance, and carrier engagement while working remotely to ensure a positive experience for carriers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Attend monthly Business Review and Carrier meetings to provide analytical insights and facilitate data-driven discussions
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen trust and transparency with carriers, managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Champion a consistent, high-quality experience across all carrier and client touchpoints while developing team capabilities in communication and analytics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5 - 10+ years of experience in payment integrity operations, financial operations, or quality management
  • Payor/Carrier experience is required
  • Experience managing the payment integrity operations process and complex operational programs
  • Experience managing external partners or vendors preferred
